Makes one 9 x 9 pan, serves about 6-8 people as an appetizer

Ingredients

  •  1 can (13 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt or 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Chop artichoke hearts into small pieces and add to a medium-sized bowl. 
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix well. 
  4. Using a spatula, press mixture down into the bottom of an 9 x 9 ovenproof dish. 
  5. Bake 25 mins or until cheese is melted and bubbly. 
  6. Serve immediately with bread and/or tortilla chips.
