Makes one 9 x 9 pan, serves about 6-8 people as an appetizer

Ingredients
- 1 can (13 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. garlic salt or 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Chop artichoke hearts into small pieces and add to a medium-sized bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
- Using a spatula, press mixture down into the bottom of an 9 x 9 ovenproof dish.
- Bake 25 mins or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve immediately with bread and/or tortilla chips.
