Makes one 8-9″ pie, serves about 6-8 people

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made 8″ or 9″ graham cracker crust
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) full-fat cream cheese
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice, from approx. 2 lemons
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Instructions
- With an electric hand mixer or stand mixer, beat together cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour into pre-made graham cracker crust and refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours up to 12 hours.
- When ready to serve, pour filling over top of pie. Serve with additional whipped cream, if desired.
