Makes one 8-9″ pie, serves about 6-8 people

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made 8″ or 9″ graham cracker crust
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) full-fat cream cheese
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice, from approx. 2 lemons
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. With an electric hand mixer or stand mixer, beat together cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth. 
  2. Pour into pre-made graham cracker crust and refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours up to 12 hours.
  3. When ready to serve, pour filling over top of pie. Serve with additional whipped cream, if desired.
