Makes one 12-14 inch pizza crust

Ingredients

  • 2 cups AP flour, additional flour for dusting/rolling out dough
  • 1-1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. active dry yeast (2¼ teaspoons or 7 grams or 0.25 ounces)
  • 1 cup warm water (105-115 degrees F)
  • 1/4 cup canola oil

 

Instructions

  1.  Combine flour, salt, and yeast in large mixing bowl. 
  2. Combine water and oil together in large measuring cup.
  3. Add water/oil mixture to flour mixture and mix until combined.
  4. Turn dough out onto floured surface and knead additional flour into dough until it’s smooth and not sticky. 
  5. Return to oiled bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
  6. With rolling pin, roll out dough to a 12-14 diamater circle.
  7. Add sauce, toppings, cheese, and italian seasonings as desired to complete your pizza.
  8. Cook in 500 degree F oven on pizza stone for 10-12 mins until underside of crust is crisp and charred in spots.
