Makes one 12-14 inch pizza crust

Ingredients
- 2 cups AP flour, additional flour for dusting/rolling out dough
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast (2¼ teaspoons or 7 grams or 0.25 ounces)
- 1 cup warm water (105-115 degrees F)
- 1/4 cup canola oil
Instructions
- Combine flour, salt, and yeast in large mixing bowl.
- Combine water and oil together in large measuring cup.
- Add water/oil mixture to flour mixture and mix until combined.
- Turn dough out onto floured surface and knead additional flour into dough until it’s smooth and not sticky.
- Return to oiled bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
- With rolling pin, roll out dough to a 12-14 diamater circle.
- Add sauce, toppings, cheese, and italian seasonings as desired to complete your pizza.
- Cook in 500 degree F oven on pizza stone for 10-12 mins until underside of crust is crisp and charred in spots.
